1. College Uniform Policy

  • Compulsory Uniform: All students must wear the official college uniform as per the Institute’s guidelines during academic activities, campus visits, and official events.Failure to adhere may result in disciplinary action, as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.

 

2. Attendance Policy

  • 75% Attendance Requirement: Students are mandated to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each semester to be eligible for examinations and academic progression.Unexcused absences may lead to academic penalties or exclusion from courses.

 

3. College Timings

  • Official Hours: The college operates from 10:10 AM to 5:15 PM daily. Students must arrive promptly at the start of the academic day and are expected to remain on campus until official closing hours.
 
 

4. Academic Conduct and Compliance

  • Code of Conduct: Students must adhere to the Institute’s code of conduct, including respectful behavior, punctuality, and compliance with faculty instructions.
  • Anti-Ragging Measures: Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited, and violations will be dealt with as per UGC guidelines and institutional policies.

 

Academic Regulations

  • Credit Requirements: Students must clear the minimum prescribed credit requirements with a pass grade in all theory subjects and a ‘C’ grade or higher in other course components.
  • Examination Eligibility: To appear for exams, students must pass all internal assessments and fulfill attendance norms.
