The Women’s Grievance Committee (WGC) at Indira Institute of Technology is a dedicated body established to ensure a safe, equitable, and respectful environment for all female students and staff. Comprising members from both teaching and non-teaching staff, including at least one female member, the committee upholds the institutional commitment to gender equality and zero tolerance toward harassment, as mandated by standard guidelines.
